Obtaining a PCard

• Complete the PCard at ASU Test with 100%, within Workday.
• Ensure you are fingerprinted and cleared.
• Review requirements at **https://cfo.asu.edu/pcard** prior to submitting a PCard application.

<aside> ‼️ New PCard program

Effective July 1, 2024, ASU Procurement launched a new PCard program with Bank of America. The transition included several modifications and efficiencies to the program's current day-to-day procedures.

ASU has requested that all PCard holders take the PCard at ASU Test within Workday and refer to the New PCard Program Training PowerPoint.
