Effective May 7, 2025, only a REAL ID compliant credential such as the Arizona Travel ID (driver license or ID card), a U.S. passport or other federally approved identification will be accepted at TSA airport security checkpoints for domestic travel. Please review state regulations at Arizona Travel ID | Department of Transportation in timely manner.

ASU's Expectation for Travelers

Travelers are responsible for activity related to their travel and should be familiar with ASU Travel Policy.

Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts’ Expectation for Travelers

• Travelers will adhere to and reference the ASU Travel website (outlined in the below section) as it applies to their trip.
• Travelers will ask questions to their Business Team, as needed.
• Travelers will submit MyASU TRIP/Concur requests PRIOR to traveling and arranging travel.
• Travelers will follow their department’s process and procedures.
• Travelers will submit expenditures through MyASU TRIP/Concur travel system within 15 days of their trip end date.
