You must request a flight comparison via Anthony Travel or the MDT Business Office at the time of booking if one of the following criteria is met:

• Travel includes personal time.
• Travel to your destination does not include round trip airfare from Phoenix.
• Driving to the destination.

Flight comparison must include round-trip direct flight from Phoenix to your destination.
