Workload Forms

Workload forms are will be requested by the Business Office staff after the 21st day each semester.

Reminders/Tips

Instructions are located on the subsequent tabs of the worksheet.
Additional columns/fields have been added for clarity.
Dropdown selections have been included to cells where appropriate.
Point values for Other Workload Assigned selections have been automated for ease of use. Simply select from the dropdown menu.
List each course separately (do not lump together cross-listed courses).
Ensure you are referencing official enrollment numbers when determining the correct multiplier for each course.
Delete unused lines in order for the form to complete the total calculations.
If you get an error message on a cell, first check to see if it is a dropdown menu, requiring a specific text input. Let Adrienne Goglia know if you continue to experience issues.

Q: I have a class that is 1-4 credits. Not all students are taking it for the same number of credits. How do I indicate this?

A: If all of the students are receiving the same instruction regardless of the credits claimed, you may choose to report based on contact hours, not credits.
Q: Can you claim full point on the workload form for teaching and have the same activity in the Service section of the Annual Responsibility Assignment form?

A: No. You can either split the points or claim in one area.
