Hourly employees are responsible for ensuring that time is submitted in Workday by 5:00 p.m. each Wednesday.

Check Your Hours
- [ ] If you hold multiple positions, ensure time is accurately entered and submitted under the correct position line.
- [ ] Are all your hours entered so that they equal your usual number or scheduled hours?
- [ ] Do your entries reflect your actual hours worked?
- [ ] Did you work overtime?
- [ ] Are the types of hours correct (i.e. paid holiday vs. unpaid holiday, sick, hours worked, etc.)?
- [ ] Was your time entered and approved by NOON on the deadline?
- Accelerated deadlines for time entry may apply when the regular schedule is affected by holidays. See Payroll Schedule for January - December 2026.
