Please send an email to Adrienne Goglia if you have a student employee not returning to their position due to an end of their assignment (other than graduation). Ensure that all time worked has been entered and approved in Workday -one email notice per student termination.
The School of Music, Dance and Theatre Business Office doesn’t receive notifications when student employees graduate. GUIDELINES FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS: F-1 and J-1 undergraduate students cannot work beyond ASU's Commencement date/Degree conferral date. F-1 and J-1 graduate students cannot work beyond their degree completion date. Please work directly with Adrienne Goglia if you have a student employee not fulfilling their job expectations that may result in involuntary termination. Before terminations can be processed, all time worked must be entered and approved in Workday -one email notice per student termination.
