Below is a step-by-step guide on how to complete and submit your annual evaluation case file.
You will receive an email notification advising you that ASU has initiated a case and you will need to upload your Annual Evaluation materials into Interfolio/APARS/RPT. Your email will look like this. Click “View Case”.
You can also access from the link below your photo in the Profile section of My ASU.
Read through all the instructions. Click on “View Instructions”.
Click on “Edit” to review the ASU Vita Vita 3-Year Data Pull.
Click on “HIDA 3 Year Data Pull” to review.
Data pull is based on activity submitted in the ASU Vita section of Interfolio. Complete those entries before proceeding.
To ensure that your data pull is most up-to-date, confirm generated date under “Details” header.
To update the generated date, click “Regenerate” (and follow prompts) to update the data pull before you submit.
If all your information is accurate upon review, click the “Submit” button.
ONCE YOU SUBMIT, THAT SECTION WILL LOCK AND YOU WON’T BE ABLE TO MAKE CHANGES.
After submitting it should show submitted, like this.
The majority of required documents in this section will be uploaded on your behalf by a staff member. Be sure to review for accuracy before submitting this section.
DO NOT remove or add to documentation that has been uploaded on your behalf. Contact Adrienne Goglia for assistance with discrepancies so that formatting and naming conventions are appropriately addressed.
