Process Guide for Probationary or Conditional Review in RPT
Documentation must be submitted to your school APA contact, **Adrienne Goglia, by August 30 each year**.
A Dropbox folder will be prepared for you to upload and organize documentation.
Some notes to consider:
- Please provide CV and Personal Statement in MS Word so that we can make minor adjustments, as needed.
- Please do NOT add page numbers to any of your documents. Those will be added by the school APA contact to remain consistent throughout the package.
- Leave Confirmation page templates unsigned, in an editable version when you upload. This allows the school APA contact to make any necessary adjustments as the sections are finalized before requesting your signature is added.

‼️
Try to keep file names short. They don’t have to include lengthy details, as they will likely be reformatted throughout the process.

-
Any audio or video should be the actual media file (mp3, mp4, mov) rather than a link to YouTube, Vimeo, Soundcloud or similar. The school APA contact will create direct hyperlinks to access the files via the creative sample pages noted below.
-
The university prefers these files to appear with everything in PDF format. That means for audio/video media files, we need to provide at least one detail page for each sample (#1-4) when applicable. This document can include information of the performance/recording (date, venue, performers, brief description), accompanying photos or reviews, or anything else pertinent for the reviewers. The school APA contact will add hyperlinks to the media files once ready then have the faculty member review.
