Annual peer evaluations are required for all new tenure track and career track faculty in their first three years of employment. A peer evaluation must be included in the evidence of excellence in teaching section of the third year review and application for promotion and tenure dossiers. Peer evaluations will be assigned by the school leadership, but faculty may choose who completes the peer evaluation for inclusion in their dossiers. Faculty conducting evaluations should use this form and the process outlined on the form when completing an evaluation.
