Pay schedules for annual and semester-by-semester contracts are as follows:

Paychecks will be processed biweekly and mailed to your home/mailing address as listed in your MyASU. Be sure this information is current in order to ensure secure delivery of your paychecks.
Bi-Weekly Payday Calendar: 2024
The School of Music, Dance & Theatre encourages employees to sign up for direct deposit to have biweekly paychecks deposited directly into their bank account(s) on pay day. This can be adjusted by visiting the Pay section of your profile in Workday and selecting “Payment Elections”. Direct deposit will only be available on or after the start date indicated on your employment offer letter. Depending on when you complete your direct deposit information, it can take up to two pay cycles for the checks to start showing up in your bank account. If you do not receive a paycheck, please check with your bank first; if you did not receive a direct deposit, contact Adrienne Goglia.
Complete an Employee Indemnity Agreement. Paycheck details can be found in the “My Employment” section of your My ASU.
