All faculty, staff and student employees MUST complete the following trainings within 30 to 90 days from hire date to be in compliance with state and federal laws:

• Review the Arizona Public Service Policy
• Fire Safety and Prevention
• Preventing Harassment and Discrimination
• Title IX and Your Duty to Report
• **Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) Required for positions that have access to student information.**
• **Minors on Campus** Required for jobs that interact with minors.
