You must request a flight comparison via Anthony Travel or the MDT Business Office at the time of booking if one of the following criteria is met:

• The trip includes personal time before or after the business portion of travel.
  • ASU Travel Policy allows for one day before and after conferences/events for domestic travel, or two days prior and one day after conferences/events for international travel.
• The travel is NOT roundtrip to/from Phoenix.
• If you will be driving to your destination in lieu of airfare.

Flight comparison must include round-trip direct flight from Phoenix to your destination.
