ACD 126: Reference Check and Background Verification

ASU policy ACD 126 requires fingerprinting for those who have access to sensitive or financial information per cash handling policy. Those with unsupervised contact with minors or who work in the physical vicinity of high-school or elementary school-aged minors must also be fingerprinted as part of the hiring process.

Fingerprinting is either initiated through the hiring process or by a Business Office staff member.
