Send the following documentation to the school APA contact, who will prepare the full package to be forwarded for approval.

Documents required to move forward after preliminary screenings:

  1. Completed Applicant List.
  2. Identify up to three (3) finalists and any alternates, if applicable.
  3. A short paragraph on each candidate (and alternate) and why the committee finds them a possible fit for the school. This shouldn’t just be a recap of how they performed in the preliminary screening but rather a summary of what strengths they have, how they fit with ASU, the Herberger Institute, the school, and any additional notes to address how the candidates meet ALL of the required qualifications, and any of the desired qualifications. You may talk about their qualifications in relation to the required quals as well as information you learned from the interview that may not show in their submitted materials – show the candidate off here.
  4. Completed Required Qualifications grid with information on all finalists and alternates.
  5. Completed Reference Check Results sheet. See Reference Checks.
  6. Dates that would work best to conduct the formal (live/on-campus) interviews, based on committee availability.
