You must submit syllabi for all courses that you are teaching and for which you will be evaluated.

Syllabi that combined two or more levels/sections or a class (a 400-level and 500-level) MUST include different requirements for the graduate section showing more work. This is the same for people that combine their 111, 121, 127, 311, 321, 327, 511, 521, 527 and 727 syllabi into one. There MUST be different requirements for the different levels of the course in the syllabus and not a reference to check Canvas.
If your course meets a general studies gold or maroon requirement, we are required to list the ASU General Studies learning outcomes AND show how the learning outcomes in the course align with the general studies outcome. Here is an example:
