ASU Travel Funding is processed via reimbursement after your trip concludes.

Cash Advances are available on an exception basis and must be requested prior to the approval of your request.

What is covered with a cash advance?

• Cash advances are NOT approved for airfare and conference registration.
• Seventy-five percent (75%) of the remaining estimated expenses can be advanced and are issued approximately 8–10 days before the start of your trip.
• Cash advance minimum of $200.
