The initial applicant list will be provided to the search committee chair by the school APA contact on the 15th day following the initial close date.
This list should be used for indicating disposition codes for all candidates NOT moving forward in the search process.
Disposition codes will be found on the first tab of the Applicant List spreadsheet.
<aside> ‼️ IMPORTANT: If a candidate receives a 1, there shouldn’t be a reason to provide additional disposition codes.

Search committees are not required to input sex/gender, race/ethnicity, veteran status details. The school APA contact will pull this data and will input this information when the list moves forward for director, Dean and Provost approvals.
