Letter templates for the Annual Evaluation process will be shared with committee members via Dropbox folder. In order to ensure they are successful in this process, committee members will need to access those files from their computer, opposed to via a web browser. Below are details on how to accomplish this:

  1. Confirm if you have the Dropbox app installed in your computer.
    1. If so, you should be able to see in your Finder/File Explorer window. It will appear as “Dropbox (ASU)” as shown below.

      Do not access from Safari, Internet Explorer, Chrome or Firefox.

      Do not access from Dropbox icon at the top of your screen where notifications are shared (that connects to the web platform).

    2. If not, please submit a ticket to HIDA IT to have it installed and let Adrienne Goglia know.

  2. Once you have access in the app, you should be able to easily access any folders/files in your Dropbox account. Use SmartSync in the Dropbox desktop application (download instructions here) to easily manage whether your files are synced locally to your computer, or cloud-only in Dropbox.
